Are you a natural communicator with a passion for mental health? Join the nilo.health team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the DACH region and make a difference in the lives of others! We are partnering with SMEs and large corporations to offer a unique mental health benefit to employees, and we need your help to spread the word. Whether you are a mid-level SDR with experience or just starting your career in sales, we welcome your application if you share our values and culture.
🚀 Your responsibility:
- Researching & qualifying leads as well as building a pipeline
- Getting in touch with potential customers either via email, telephone and/or social media - be creative! - Starting conversations!
- Building a relationship with our potential customers in order to understand their situation, needs, and problems
- Maintaining customer interactions and information in our CRM platform
- Being the face of nilo.health at events, trade fairs and presentations. This will expand your network, and connect with like minded individuals who support mental health awareness as much as you do.
- Collecting feedback from potential customers with the goal in mind to improve the sales processes and discussing learnings with your team
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region

đź‘€ You'll be successful with these skills:
- You’re a strong communicator and find it easy to connect with just about anyone, and in order to be successful in this job, German at a near native or native level is what we are looking for as well as professional level of English as it is our company language
- You’ve started your career in sales in any way already (we are open to different levels of experience that support your sales skills)
- Mental health is important to you and you not only connect with our product, but want to be part of a fast growing startup
- You can structure a conversation and you know how to empathize with others in order to understand their needs
- “No” means “no” at nilo.health. You know that you can’t win 'em all, but you realize that you are still building a relationship with a potential future customer
- You have the ability to quickly assess potential customers' interests or if you’re new to the field you have an idea of how you’d do this
- You have a proactive mindset and can structure your day, your work, tasks, leads and everything in between
- You have a can-do attitude, as you’ll notice the rest of your colleagues do at nilo.health and you work in a goal-oriented manner
