As our Senior Product Manager you need laser-focus on understanding our user base, whilst finding solutions for providing the best possible user experience that you can express in activation, retention or engagement metrics to drive our core KPI’s.

🚀 Your responsibility:

• Manage a product area with a dedicated scope and clear business impact
• You will manage a roadmap and ensure the success of the discovery & delivery of new products
• You will be responsible for the quality and speed of execution of the product roadmap
• Identify opportunities and design experiments to validate ideas
• In partnership with a Product Designer, roll out the best research methods to capture the users' problems to solve
• Work with stakeholders across the business including Psychology, Content and Sales to define and support new product launches
• Discover solutions that will be valuable, usable, feasible & viable
• Prepare the delivery plan with the Development Team: from the user story mapping & prioritisation to the detailed specifications
• Define KPIs for the team and success metrics for features to validate its impact
• Play an active role in improving the team’s productivity, processes and practices to ultimately increase our impact

👀 You'll be successful with these skills:

• min. 4+ years of experience in taking a product from concept to launch
• You are a team player and understand that the quality of your work as a Product Manager depends on your ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with colleagues across the organisation
• Strong curiosity about our users, the market, our business, and an eagerness to broaden your skills
• You bring product taste, strategic thinking and an extraordinary ability to prioritise
• You have profound analytical skills and are thrilled about breaking down and solving complex problems
• You have experience conducting and/or supporting user research, especially qualitative
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written.
