Account Executive – Netherlands Market Expansion (Dutch-speaking) (f/m/d)

We are looking for a highly driven, hunter-style Account Executive to join our growing team in the Netherlands. You’ll be the second hire on the ground, owning the full sales cycle and responsible for actively hunting and acquiring new clients (mainly 200–2,000 employees), building local partnerships, and representing our brand at HR events. If you love cold outreach, thrive on creating opportunities from scratch, and want to help shape a new market, this role is for you.
This is an early-stage role with the opportunity to grow your impact as the market and team expand.

🚀 Your responsibility:
Drive revenue growth by proactively hunting new business and closing mid-market deals
Build relationships with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams
Conduct product demos, negotiations, and contract signings
Identify, organize, and run local HR events in collaboration with partners
Work closely with the central marketing team (Berlin) to support campaigns and initiatives
Maintain CRM data, pipeline, and forecasts
Be a founding hire, establishing the Netherlands as a key market and laying the groundwork for a local team
👀 You'll be successful with these skills:
1+ years in B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying AE)
Proven track record in closing mid-market or enterprise deals (20–100k ACVs)
Hunter mentality – you actively pursue new business, thrive in cold outreach, and build your own pipeline
Experience or interest in HR Tech, mental health, or people management solutions
Ability to engage with multiple personas: C-Level, HR, Finance, IT
Native or near-native Dutch (must have) & fluent English
Growth mindset, proactive, self-starter
